Design Inspiration
Show us pictures of what you like! From Google, Pinterest, Instagram – ANYWHERE! We’ll take inspiration from these designs, enhance, modify them, work our magic and make an entirely new design that screams uniquely you! Or if you prefer, we can make or replicate anything too! The key is in understanding your design style and direction as it helps us translate your ideas into reality!

Budget & Modifications
Tell us your budget! As Jewelry Experts, we can recommend various options to help you make a realistic decision without breaking the bank or compromising the dream vision! Explore alternative gemstones, metal choices & design modifications with us! We’ll do our best to help you stay true to your budget.

Production and Timeline
Custom making your pieces take averagely 4 – 6 weeks to complete! For RUSH or URGENT orders, do message us directly! Good planning & preparedness always makes for the best outcome!

Operating Procedure
- 100% Full Payment is required for all gemstones needed for your project.
- 50% workmanship deposit is expected upon confirmation of design to allow our factories to commence work.
- During work-in-progress, we will personally update you with pictures and videos of the behind-the-scenes progress of your jewelry- giving you direct involvement in the entire process.
- Finally, balance will be due upon pick up once your beauty is completed, weighed & inspected by you. Pick up at our office if you’re local, or we can also ship express worldwide to your doorstep!

If you want a unique/custom designed ring, TGT is the place to go. It was a pleasant experience getting my statement ring designed with Shannon. She has been giving sound advice throughout. I would suggest before meeting her, have an idea/theme in mind first, tell her, only then she'll be able to complete the rest of the magic. Only thing, need to be patient on the response time as she has to manage her clients. Usually response time is still within 24 hours, which is good. Love your work! Keep it up~ Alert! It was my first time to propose, i had zero knowledge about diamond / ring . Shannon is really helpful and caring, she ask some question about my fiancee and take a photo of my fiancee finger , then she recommended some design and size of the diamond and ring base on my budget.... Yes im order from oversea via online !! and the outcome is splendid !! Not sure can this be caurier, but i ask my friend help me bring over after the ring is made. Change the design few time based on my thoughts of my fiancee preference , Shannon was very patience to amend just to suit my need !! And yea im succesful proposed and Shannon can earn part of the credit !! 100% recommend TGT to all my friend and relative !!

I resized my wedding band and engagement ring here as it’s an heirloom (over 30 y/o rings)!!! I highly recommend their service and super likely to come back. My rings turned out amazing and felt super new!! Shannon was super friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. She shared as much information as she could about rings! They were very welcoming and offered hot drinks as i arrived. Prices are considered to be reasonable as you are likely to get all the advice you need from Shannon the expert! Extremely professional service! We custom made our wedding bands with TGT and it was truly a wonderful journey throughout the entire process from the time we inquired via Instagram till we collected our wedding bands. Both Shannon and Felix are very friendly and knowledgeable in what they do. Additionally, they were also very helpful in sharing ideas and patient in answering any questions. What's most important in this journey was how transparent they were in every aspect as they were constantly keeping us informed on every detail.
