Yes, we have our consultation office based here in Kuala Lumpur and we are open by appointment basis. For international clients, we offer virtual appointments, so feel welcome to reach out.
Typically 4 to 6 weeks, depending on complexity of design or how quickly we can secure the necessary gems for each project. If you have a specific due date, please specify and we may be able to expedite accordingly.
We can custom make your jewelry in noble metals such as : Silver 925 (Rhodium Plated) Palladium 9 Karat Yellow / White / Rose Gold 14 Karat Yellow / White / Rose Gold 18 Karat Yellow / White / Rose Gold 22 Karat Yellow Gold Platinum. All other mixed alloys, non-pure metals or alternative metals that are used in Fashion Jewelry we cannot offer customization.
Price depends on 3 factors :
1. Finger Size – Determines how much gold / material needed for fabrication.
2. Quality & Quantity of Gemstones needed for your project.
3. Design Complexity – Affects labor cost for fabrication. Best to enquire with us directly for an estimated quote.

We accept payments via Online Transfer, Credit Card, Paypal or Wise for International Clients.
As we are a custom jewelry specialist who build one-off designs for our clients, we do not have ready stock or samples of finished products. However, we do have a good variety of natural gemstones available for customization. Submit an enquiry to us to learn more.
